Map funnels and stages

Stage mapping turns messy CRM statuses into stable events for reporting and ad-platform feedback.

Import first

Start by importing real CRM pipelines and stages. The mapping screen should show the imported stage names and the source pipeline.

  • Re-import when CRM stages change.
  • Use scrollable stage lists for long CRMs.
  • Keep imported names as CRM labels, but localize UI labels.

Business groups

Assign each important CRM stage to one business meaning.

  • Lead: new or raw lead stages.
  • Qualification Lead: qualified or meaningful sales opportunity.
  • Converted Lead / Purchase: won, paid or revenue stages.
  • Unqualified Lead: spam, not target, rejected or lost quality stages.

Save and continue

Save the distribution before moving to lead sources.

  • A stage should not be in two groups at once.
  • Require at least the groups needed by the product rules.
  • If mapping is invalid, show the exact missing group inline.
