Stage mapping turns messy CRM statuses into stable events for reporting and ad-platform feedback.
Import first
Start by importing real CRM pipelines and stages. The mapping screen should show the imported stage names and the source pipeline.
- Re-import when CRM stages change.
- Use scrollable stage lists for long CRMs.
- Keep imported names as CRM labels, but localize UI labels.
Business groups
Assign each important CRM stage to one business meaning.
- Lead: new or raw lead stages.
- Qualification Lead: qualified or meaningful sales opportunity.
- Converted Lead / Purchase: won, paid or revenue stages.
- Unqualified Lead: spam, not target, rejected or lost quality stages.
Save and continue
Save the distribution before moving to lead sources.
- A stage should not be in two groups at once.
- Require at least the groups needed by the product rules.
- If mapping is invalid, show the exact missing group inline.
