The data source is the system AI ADS uses to read lead status, revenue and reporting context.
What to choose
Pick the CRM, ecommerce store or lead accounting system where the team already marks outcomes. For most teams this is HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Bitrix24, amoCRM/Kommo, Shopify or WooCommerce.
- Choose the system that has the most reliable lead statuses.
- Use the same source later in CRM integration.
- Do not switch sources silently after connecting another CRM.
Reporting timezone
The timezone controls daily reports, monthly usage, campaign review windows and future scheduled summaries.
- Search by city, region or UTC offset.
- Save the timezone before continuing.
- Changing it later should be intentional because historical report grouping can look different.
How to verify
After continuing, return to Step 1 and confirm that the selected source and timezone remain fixed.
- The selected card should show a clear status.
- The source should not change when another connector exists in the database.
- If connected CRM and selected source differ, AI ADS should show a mismatch instead of guessing.
