Connect CRM

CRM connection gives AI ADS read access to stages, deals, contacts and revenue needed for feedback events.

Choose the matching provider

Use the provider selected in Step 1. If Step 1 says HubSpot, do not connect Bitrix24 just because an old token exists.

  • OAuth is preferred when the provider app is ready.
  • Webhook works well for Bitrix24 and similar systems.
  • API key mode is for teams that already have a safe read-only token.

Connected means verified

AI ADS should show connected only after domain plus token/webhook are saved and a read check succeeds.

  • Profile or account readback confirms the credential.
  • Pipeline/stage readback confirms the CRM scope.
  • Errors should be localized and should not expose secrets.

Next step

After CRM is connected, go to funnels and stages to import the real pipeline metadata.

  • Do not map static demo stages.
  • Do not continue if the selected source and connected CRM mismatch.
  • Use read-only access whenever possible.
