Setup step 2Connect ad platforms
Ad platforms receive events after AI ADS validates the channel and CRM outcome.
What this step does
This step connects the destination where feedback events will be sent. A switch should only mean active after credentials are saved and validation succeeds.
- Meta uses Dataset or Pixel ID plus CAPI token.
- Google Ads uses Conversion ID and conversion labels.
- TikTok and Yandex require their own pixel/counter and access token settings.
Before continuing
At least one ad platform should be configured and active before the onboarding moves on.
- Open a platform row or use the add-pixel action.
- Fill the required fields.
- Save and check that the row shows connected.
Security
Tokens should be sent only to the backend and should not be printed in reports, screenshots or support chats.
- Use a fresh token from the ad platform account.
- Revoke old tokens if they were shared in chat.
- Keep only channels that are currently needed active.
